Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to TrendSights, a CloudRaven Labs LLC Research Studio for source-backed research workflows, evidence records, maps, briefs, grant-support materials, and trend monitors.

By using TrendSights, creating an account, submitting a join request, uploading material, configuring a monitor, or accessing a workspace, you agree to these terms. If you use TrendSights for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

TrendSights is owned and operated by CloudRaven Labs LLC. CloudRaven is developing TrendSights through its participation as a U.S. Census Bureau Open Innovation Labs TOP Sprint 2026 Tech Team member.

The TOP Sprint relationship helps shape the product's public-data and review workflow direction, but TrendSights is not an official Census Bureau service. TrendSights outputs are not endorsed or certified by the Census Bureau unless a source explicitly says otherwise.

TrendSights access may require an account, verified email, access request, admin approval, and workspace assignment. Creating an account does not guarantee access to the private app.

You are responsible for your account credentials, authorized users, workspace activity, and the accuracy of account, program, intended-use, and review information submitted to TrendSights.

Private workspace data is intended for authenticated users with approved access. You may not attempt to access another workspace, bypass authorization, misuse invitations, or interfere with authentication, review, or administrative controls.

You retain rights you have in research questions, notes, documents, URLs, source files, local context, monitor settings, review comments, and other materials you submit to TrendSights.

You grant CloudRaven Labs permission to host, process, analyze, transform, display, and store submitted materials as needed to operate TrendSights, generate research outputs, maintain evidence records, support review workflows, and improve service reliability.

You may submit materials only when you have the rights and permissions to do so. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential third-party data, regulated data, or restricted materials unless a separate written agreement authorizes that use.

TrendSights may use AI-assisted tools to draft source plans, summaries, evidence tables, maps, briefs, monitor policies, recommendations, and other research artifacts. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular decision without human review.

TrendSights is designed to expose source lineage, caveats, geography fit, uncertainty, and model involvement, but you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before using them externally or relying on them for funding, public communication, outreach, investment, legal, safety, medical, or other consequential decisions.

Unreviewed drafts, proposed sources, draft monitor rules, and generated claims should not be treated as approved evidence until an authorized reviewer has confirmed the relevant source fit, caveats, permissions, and intended use.

TrendSights may reference public, government, commercial, or user-approved third-party sources. Those sources may have their own terms, licenses, availability limits, attribution requirements, disclaimers, rate limits, and data-quality constraints.

CloudRaven Labs does not control third-party sources and does not guarantee that any external source is complete, current, accurate, available, or appropriate for your use case. You are responsible for complying with applicable source terms and citation requirements.

When Census Bureau data is used, you must preserve required source notices, avoid representing derived outputs as official Census products, and comply with applicable Census API and data-use terms.

You may not use TrendSights to violate law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, attack systems, scrape or overload services, bypass security controls, misrepresent outputs as officially reviewed when they are not, or create deceptive, discriminatory, harmful, or unlawful uses of evidence outputs.

You may not use TrendSights to make automated high-impact decisions about individuals, eligibility, benefits, credit, employment, housing, healthcare, or legal rights without appropriate legal authority, human review, and a separate agreement covering that use.

Some TrendSights features, including TOP Sprint 2026 surfaces, join-request workflows, Census MCP demonstrations, workspace agents, monitor policies, and data-sharing workflows, may be prototypes or limited-release program features.

Prototype features may change, pause, lose data, produce incomplete results, or require additional review before production use. Program participation may be subject to separate eligibility, onboarding, collaboration, data-sharing, or review requirements.

CloudRaven may approve, deny, suspend, or remove access to prototype or program areas based on reviewer capacity, product safety, security, program fit, or operational requirements.

TrendSights provides research workflow support and evidence organization. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, engineering, emergency-management, grant-compliance, procurement, or other professional advice.

You should consult qualified professionals and source authorities before relying on outputs for regulated, contractual, public-funding, safety, legal, or other high-stakes uses.

CloudRaven Labs may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or replace parts of TrendSights at any time. We may also restrict or terminate access for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment, program requirements, or violation of these terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free outputs, or continued access to any specific source, model, integration, feature, or workflow.

TrendSights is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. CloudRaven Labs disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudRaven Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or decisions made using TrendSights outputs.

We may update these terms as TrendSights changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Material updates will be reflected by changing the last-updated date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
